The kitchen team prepares balanced and flavorful dishes inspired by the harvests from the Château’s vegetable garden. The fresh, seasonal ingredients are carefully selected by our market gardener to offer an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience. Our two restaurants are strictly kosher, under the supervision of Av Beit Din Rav Zevouloun Perez of Jerusalem.

Every morning, at the heart of the Château, a gourmet breakfast awaits you. Croissants, chocolate breads, fresh bread, jams, spreads, fruit juice, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts and cereals... everything is brought together to start the day right.
Our teams carefully select each product to offer you a delicious and flavorful moment from the moment you wake up.
Breakfast is served on weekdays from 8:00 to 10:00 and on weekends from 8:00 to 10:30.

Facing the Château, the Relais François I restaurant offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take a seat on the terrace and enjoy an exceptional meal with a breathtaking view of the Château. Our chef offers a refined and creative cuisine made from fresh, local products.

Located at the heart of the Relais François I restaurant, our bar invites you to enjoy a moment of relaxation in an elegant atmosphere.
